About the Founder
Alhassan Mohammed Mutawakil Gbangba Clinton
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clinton Group
Clinton is a passionate Ghanaian entrepreneur, consultant, and educator whose work spans technology, education, and institutional development. He founded Clinton Gbangba Consult and several sister institutions including Clinton Computer School, Clinton International School, and Clinton Lodge and Restaurant.
With over two decades of impact, Clinton has consistently provided local solutions to national challenges through capacity building, digital infrastructure, and education.
His academic background includes Computer Engineering, a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, a Master’s and MPhil in Training & Development, and a PhD (ongoing) in Public Administration.
As an accredited Local Government Service provider, Clinton has supported over 200 MMDAs across Ghana with ICT infrastructure, training, and institutional reform.
Fluent in Dagbani, Twi, Hausa, Fante, and English, Clinton is known for his humble and hands-on leadership. He champions digital access in rural Ghana using Starlink and long-range Wi-Fi. His vision is clear: to build systems that truly make a difference on the ground.
