Clinton Gbangba Consult Supports Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly to Strengthen Revenue Mobilisation
Clinton Gbangba Consult is currently providing consultancy and operational support to the Ablekuma North Municipal Assembly to strengthen its Internally Generated Fund mobilisation and improve revenue administration across the municipality.
The assignment focuses on three key revenue areas: Business Operating Permits, Property Rates and Signage Fees. As part of the exercise, our team is also identifying and registering new businesses, properties and signages, helping the Assembly to expand and continuously update its revenue database.
Currently, 24 field revenue staff have been deployed across the municipality, supported directly by a 3 member Management and Supervision Team responsible for revenue operations, field supervision and compliance, administration, finance and data management.
Behind the field operation is a broader project leadership and technical structure comprising the Chief Executive Officer of Clinton Gbangba Consult, the Project Coordinator and the System Administrator. Together, they provide strategic direction, project coordination and technical support to ensure that field activities, revenue data and administrative processes work as one coordinated system.
For Clinton Gbangba Consult, revenue enhancement is not simply about collecting more money. It is about identifying the full revenue potential of the municipality, building reliable data, improving compliance and putting systems in place that can support sustainable local development.
The Ablekuma North engagement reflects our practical approach to local government consultancy: combining professional expertise, technology, data and people on the ground to deliver measurable results.
